Each massage is tailored to what you prefer and what your body needs. I offer modalities such as deep tissue, Swedish, Thai yoga massage, sports massage, prenatal or an integrated style where I use a combination.

I am expertly trained in a wide range of massage methods and techniques, giving me the ability to manipulate muscles and soft tissues to provide you relief. I received my education form the Cayce Reilly School of Massotherapy an accredited massage therapy school and I am certified by the massage board in the state of Colorado.

I Help My clients overcome physical and emotional problems by manipulating the body’s soft tissues and applying pressure on sore areas.
